Charter Rates & Booking

At Coastal Wonders, we believe in straightforward, all-inclusive pricing. Whether you are looking for a focused morning of salmon fishing or a full day exploring the beauty of the Salish Sea, our rates are designed to provide a premium, private experience.

Base Rate: $175 per hour

Minimum Booking: 4 Hours ($700)

Capacity: Up to 5 guests (ensuring plenty of space and a personalized experience).

Popular Charter Packages

The Half-Day Venture (4 Hours) — $700

Perfect for hitting the morning tidal window or a quick afternoon excursion. Focused on high-activity fishing or a concentrated wildlife tour.

The Coastal Explorer (6 Hours) — $1,050

Our most popular option. This gives us the time to travel further into Management Area 15, pull prawn traps, and still have plenty of time to track down Chinook or local whale pods.

The Full Day Masterclass (8 Hours) — $1,400

For the dedicated angler or the family looking for the ultimate Sunshine Coast experience. We can cover significant ground, targeting multiple species and exploring the remote reaches of the sound.

What’s Included:

Expert Guidance: All trips are led by Captain OJay Johnson.

The Gear: Use of high-end rods, reels, and all necessary tackle/bait.

Safety & Comfort: A 22-foot North River Seahawk Hardtop equipped with the latest Garmin/Lowrance electronics.

Fish Processing: We will bleed and bag your catch at the dock so it’s ready for your cooler.

What to Bring:

Fishing License: A valid BC Tidal Waters Sport Fishing License (with Salmon Conservation Stamp) is required for all anglers.

Personal Gear: Weather-appropriate clothing (it can be cool on the water!), sungalsses, snacks, and drinks.
